The main concentric abstract design is consisting of a central hole surrounded by five petal-like shapes, surrounded by a design of three rows of holes, surrounded by ten flower-like shapes with four pistils each, surrounded by ten scalloped circular lace shapes with three rows of hole designs, each containing a central rose-like flower of a similar pattern to that of the centre of the doily.

The outer design is consisting of eight tree-like shapes with inward facing stems. Outer periphery is irregularly circular with protruding crocheting loops, particularly edging the pattern which is between the tree-like designs.
