Inuit UmiagikNa849

Print depicting three rows of images: the top row is of two tents, each surrounded by rocks at the base; the second row has five front-facing figures in traditional Inuit dress, and the bottom row depicts two boats. The name of the printmaker is printed in Inuit syllabics along with the Cape Dorset stylized red igloo seal. Below the image is written, "Inuit Umiagik Lithograph 32/50 Dorset 1976 Jamasie," with the name of the artist written in Inuit syllabics. The Canadian Eskimo Arts Council and Cape Dorset Cooperative blind embossed stamp is in the lower right-hand corner.
