Inside at bottom is a square with two chrysanthemums, a green circle with black lines around the square and a yellow band with black lines on cavette. Green band and black lines on inside of rim. Wooden paddle, painted and varnished on both sides. Design shows pencil marks, handle is red with small design of red and black bands. Lower section painted in red, black and blue. Blade is relatively flat with curved edges and tip, and handle is cylindrical near the centre of the paddle, but flattens towards the cylindrical handle grip.

The lip and the bottom part of the vase are adorned by heart-shaped and geometric patterns. Its underside bears a four character Ch'ien-lung seal.

A loom (parts a-g) with an unfinished woven wool textile consisting of blue, green, yellow, orange, maroon, white, pink and red geometric designs of triangles, squares and rectangles. The textile is attached at the top to one large, cylindrical shaped wooden stick (part a). Intertwine in the multi-coloured warp is a cylindrical shaped heddle covered in red twine; a flat, rectangular batten with triangular, pointed ends (part g); one shed roll (parts d), one cylindrical shaped bar with indentations on the ends (part i) and five long cylindrical shaped sticks of various size (parts b,c,e,f,g).
