Black wooden standing figure known as Daikokuten (大黒天) with a big sack over his left shoulder and a uchide no kozuchi (打ち出の小槌), a legendary magic mallet, in his right hand. He is standing on bales called tawara (俵) full of rice. Carved in a simple style. It is normally paired with Ebisu (えびす) (N2.973). Labels on base.

Banner has three concave sides and is white with black characters, underneath which, there is a black circular base from where strips of paper hang. There are three characters written on his lapel. His upper clothing is dark blue decorated with light blue. The shoulder area has red lines, and the sleeve cuffs are red-brown. There is a white shirt underneath. The belt is light orange-brown with white.
