Diamond shaped coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with double looped border. Imbricated design of square with diamond centers and pyramid shapes on three sides, in red cherry bark with cat-tail grass and diamond in dark cherry bark with red center, and on next side is black cherry bark with cat-tail grass (?) and red cherry bark diamond with dark cherry bark center, repeats for two other sides.

Part (a) Cylindrical coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with flanged lid, part (b). Imbricated design of red cherry bark diamonds with three extra stitches at top, and vertical bands of alternating dark and red cherry bark triangles with cat-tail grass diagonal lines between. Lid has rim beaded at edge and top in red cherry bark, and four vertical bands of adjoined crosses in red cherry bark with cat-tail grass (?) centers, and small pyramid shapes near rim in red cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?) centers. One is a full cross.

Coiled cedar root cup, part (a), and saucer, part (b) with bifurcated stitches and watch-spring construction. Imbricated cross design in black cherry bark, two alternating rows on cup, one row on saucer. Cup has coiled handle.

Imbricated design of four single rows of bands of red cherry bark, alternating with bands of cat-tail grass (?), dark and red cherry bark. Between rows of imbrication are rows of spacers between coil rows. Slightly raised bottom of basket.

Coiled basketry table constructed from cedar splints and unidentified wood foundation. Coiled cedar root elements and watch-spring construction of table top. Rim of table is finished with loopwork. Imbricated triangular designs on table top in red and black cherry bark with cat-tail. Legs are nailed on to table top. An overcast ring has been attached to the legs as a support structure. This ring or support has broken.

Basketry TrayA7260

Simple coiled work, cedar root tray. Watch-spring base construction. Sides are seven coiled rows. Coiled work handles. Beaded and imbricated designs consist of six radiating stripes of two-and-a half diamond shapes in red cherry bark and grass or black dyed cherry bark and grass. In between these stripes, on the outer edge, there are six "z" shapes in red or black cherry bark. Sides are decorated with diamond shapes as well.
