The jewelry box that held the pendant and chain, 2923/10 a-b. The satin pillow inside the lid has "Bill Reid" monogrammed across it, in gold lettering. The lower bed area is of grey velvet. The outside top of the brown box shows a wolf head design in gold. A small metal push-button clasp at lower front clips the lid closed.

Sterling silver dogfish brooch or pendant (part a). Full repousse dogfish face, with rolled edges all around the inside; deeply sculpted, with engraved gill slits on forehead and cheeks. The pendant has an enclosed hook on the back for the chain, as well as a pin for wearing as a brooch.The inscription reads: "Reid 74". Part b is a silver link chain 61.3 cm in length, when extended. Hand-carved sterling silver tie clip with human design. The silver has been patinated, resulting in a gray-on-black finish. Silver overlay technique on front; salmon-trout head motif with human hand. Inscription reads HAIDA ART Reid.

Hand-carved silver bracelet with clasp. Bear motif, with bear’s lower part of mouth running off the edge of the bracelet. The inside of the bracelet shows numerous old repairs in the metal.

Silver killer whale brooch. The whale has cut-out teeth, a tapered side fin, repousse body and head; flat engraved flukes and fins, with hollowing in surface details. Inscription reads HAIDA ART Reid.

Pair of hand-carved sterling silver clip-on earrings with loon design. Silver overlay technique with frontal human face in the eyes and tails and salmon-trout head in wings, with a long feathered neck. Inscription on one earring reads "HAIDA ART" and on the other "Reid."

Sterling silver bracelet with hinge clasp; the main design is of a deeply hand-carved eagle. The front of the bracelet is the eagle's face with a human face above at centre, and the arms and hands on either side of the eagle's face, and the legs inside the eagle's ears. The back section in engraved deeply with tail feathers, wings and clawed feet, with cross-hatching inbetween. Inscription inside: Reid '72.

Gold raven bracelet; hand cut and repoussé elements on head, body and wing ovoids. The raven faces right with its body and wings wrapping all around the bracelet. The bracelet raven is essentially the same raven as the matching brooch except wrapped around the wrist, with the body lengthened, the wing feathers lengthened and the wings and feet tucked in more.The hinge is at the end of the tail feathers and the end of the raven’s right wing feathers; the clasp is a right wing ovoid. Inscription on hidden clasp: “HAIDA ART Reid. Bracelet is part of a set with brooch and earrings (2923/2-3 a-b).

Pair of screw-on gold raven earrings. On one the raven faces right and on the other the raven faces left. The raven image is similar but modified, compared to the matching brooch--the head is more downturned and only one wing is shown on each, but they are very detailed. Earrings are part of a set with bracelet and brooch (2923/1-2). Inscription on one earring is "Haida Art," on the other is "Reid."
