Human face mask with a crescent superstructure. Oval cut out eyes are narrow. Eyebrows are connected to the long, thin, deep nose. Open mouth has long upper teeth. Wide ears with smaller, upper ear-like features above. Scarification marks on the cheeks, the forehead, and the sides of the face. Four triangular protrusions run along the middle of the forehead. Crescent superstructure is supported by a prong at either side with four inner prongs.

The figure has long curving horns incised with spiraling lines, an elongated and pointed stylized head incised with diagonal lines, triangular indents and holes, the neck is formed by concentric arches joined by diagonal supports with an outer edge of curved and pointed stylized hair, and the tail is short with a blunted tip. The figure stands on a rectangular base.
