Large, rectangular, plain weave cotton textile with light brown base and hand (?) block printed with red and black dye all over; only on one side. Band of black with red floral and vine pattern; strips of black and light white brown, red base with leaves and flowers of black and red. Centre has square with large triangle in centre; outside triangle squares consist of a woman in profile, red, and other other square has elephants which are decorated, on red background. Edges of triangle has checked border in red on light white brown background. Outside large square paisley leaf motif. Two selvage sides lengthwise; two ends cut and frayed.

Padmasambhava. Black ink outline of three dieties, one larger and sitting above the other two, with landscape and sky behind. Diety with multiple arms and faces in lower left corner standing on figures, the other standing in lower right corner with archway behind. Round red ink design in right corner.

Avalokitesvara. Black ink outline of multi-armed diety, sitting cross-legged, center arms holding oval object, right side holding flowers, and left side holding string of beads. Clouds around upper half, flowers and leaves below. Round red floral design at lower right corner.

Black ink prayer banner with Buddhist symbols. Bottom border is wide. Raw edges. Round red floral design on bottom right.

Yellow book with several characters on the front cover, bound with string. Title page identifies the book as "Chinese Moral Maxims, with a free and verbal translation; affording examples of the grammatical structure of the language. Compiled by John Francis Davis, F.R.S. Member of the Asiatic Society. London. 1923."

Printed envelope (part a) with twenty-four prints (b-y) with various scenes of animals, flowers, landscape and human figures. Most in polychrome.

Block-printed silk sari. On one end, there is a square panel featuring an ornate design in blue, cyan and silver. Down the length, the centre blue panel has repeating horizontal bands of designs in purple. At the opposite end, the purple designs change to a double-sided antler design. The sides are bordered by wide bands of cyan flowers outlined in purple on a grey background. Small cloth store label attached from Aarong Bangladesh. The short ends are finished with folded and sewn edges.
