Large, carved wooden shield, oval in shape painted black and brown with pigment. Carved in relief are two large birds, one at the top facing upwards, the other at the bottom facing downwards. The beaks of the birds curve down into the shield, the eyes are inlaid with cowrie shells the feathers are incised and their wings are spread wide. The top bird has a long tail while the bottom bird’s tail forms in the mouth of a human face. The head is a slightly protruding forehead, a high brow that exaggerates the large eye sockets; the eyes are inlaid with large cowrie shells. The nose is large and pointed with a hollow septum and a piece of fibre twine tied through. The mouth is triangular with bared teeth. The background is painted and incised with a repeating stylized pattern. The underside is hollowed. There is a fibre twine looped tie at the top.

Hollow brown wooden whistle with a horizontal seam that tapers slightly from one end to the other. Top of whistle is rounded while the bottom is flat. Bottom side has two openings carved into it. Mouthpiece is an elliptically-shaped hole at the smaller end.

Pole of T’st’entsit. Carved in high relief out of cedar wood. Crest figures from top to bottom: mythical woman; Kulus (related to Thunderbird); sisiyutl (double-headed serpent), its horns now missing; human form of sisiyutl, holding a copper; Gwa’wina (raven). The large protruding beak of the raven has been attached. The entire surface is painted in black, white, green and red.

Doll representing a male figure carved out of wood with articulated shoulders and ankles. His face and hands are painted white with hair, eyebrows and eyes painted in black, and a mouth painted in pink. A braid hangs down his back, tied at the top with a long black ribbon on one half of which are adhered four square gold decorative elements. He wears a very pale blue hip-length silk jacket lined in white, lapped to his right and tied at the waist with a separate pink sash tied in a single-loop bow. The sleeves of the jacket are made of parallel bands of various bright colours. The jacket has a self-facing at the neck and a narrower white facing. Under it is a white cotton jacket that is slightly shorter. The figure wears full white cotton pants tucked into ankle wrappings which extend over white socks.

Charm carved from a section of dark and light brown horn and decorated with the nose, eyes, and eyebrows or ears of a figure. There are two slight protrusions at the top edge over the eyebrows or ears with a notch between them, and the section of horn tapers towards the bottom of the object.

Thin wooden slat or board with long, oval shaped hole cut through near the upper edge forming a handle. There are stylized bird's head at each end of the handle. The lower edge is slightly beveled. There are three incised figures on one of the sides. One figure is a bird, one possibly a whale, the other is undistinguishable. The surface of the wood is dark brown, from age and dirt, and the underlying wood is a yellow-brown.
