Curved piece of bone; hole in each end strung with length of rawhide. Two holes in rawhide, one at end, another smaller hole three-quarters along bone's length. Hard outer casing of bone near one end has worn away to reveal marrow. Opposite side to worn area has 7.5 cm.

Round pot-like-shaped container: lower half is round and short with a leather strap going over the mouth forming four straps connecting on the bottom and knotted together. Larger in the centre then narrowing at the top. Leather around the neck connecting to the leather on the lower half. Once painted red, blood, and ochre, worn off in most areas.

Thumb PianoCa63

Thumb piano composed of a rectangular box with one end concavely carved and a series of metal tongues secured over a lateral bar at the other end. The tongues are held in place with strips of wood attached through holes in the wooden body, which is carved out underneath. A beveled peak ornaments the top end.

Tall cup with a large bowl, narrowing into a cone-like base, with natural wood, and burned incised designs. The rim is burned black with three horizontal incised lines. Seven equally spaced sets of four vertical incised lines in black separate rectangular sections of natural coloured horizontal incised lines with an incised horizontal line in black around below. The cone has four inverted v-shapes burned in two lines with horizontal lines in each 'v'. The base is slightly hollowed underneath. The cup is roughly carved from a single piece of wood.

Circular box with a carved red lacquer exterior that has arabesque, chrysanthemums and peonies in relief, and consisting of a lid (part b), a base (part a) and a stand (part c). The top of the lid has an elaborate landscape and garden scene with human figures engaging in social activities. The edges have key patterned borders. The interior of the box and the bottom of the base are black laquer.

Cup carved from a single piece of wood. The inside retains natural yellow-white, and has a roughly carved thick bottom. Rim of the cup is charred black. The outside of the cup has six triple-grooved curved vertical lines that are charred black with horizontal lines in between of a natural colour.

Wooden cane covered almost entirely in bands (8-9 cm wide) of blue, white, and red beads. Handle has pink and blue beadwork. Remaining bands have multi-coloured geometric designs. Handle end is rounded wood, and bottom has tapering metal tip.

First section joined to second by two side pieces; second and third section are joined at back and sides. Exterior base is carved out and has a central rounded protrusion.
