Oval-shaped wooden bell attached at both sides with rope to a small v-shaped yoke; large wooden clapper suspended by rope inside. Bell and tongue-like clapper give a zoomorphic impression; bell's opening is mouth-like and the sides where rope is attached are ear-shaped.

Long strips of bamboo are cut from a bamboo tube and raised by small blocks of wood. An I-shaped slit is cut into the bamboo. There is a decorative tail piece. Red tassels decorate one end of the instrument.

Sitting figure representing a person selling cocoa and yams at market. Figure is sitting on a cylindrical object tapering upward. The knees are bent so that the legs are angled frontward and outward with the cocoa, and yams in between the feet. The elbows are bent so that the arms are resting just above the knees. Clothes are of a lighter wood colour than the body. On a wood base.
