Spoon carved from a single piece of bamboo cane. Handle has a flat surface; bowl has flat sides.
Interior and bottom is lacquered black. Sides are brown varnished. The exterior is plain with two openings on the sides for handles. Unmarked. (2005-02-18: Rectangular insert with circular cut-out sits in one end of tray)
