One side has a profile face facing to the left side; from the left to the right below this face, there are the following: a large black split u, an s-shape and a u form with partial cross hatching, and an ovoid in ovoid with a split u; underneath all of this, there is an ovoid in ovoid within a large black split u; and at the tip, there is a black triangle that has a plain circle within. The other side has an ovoid in ovoid with a split u in front; below this, there is a plain split u and a larger black split u; behind all of this, there is a circle in circle with a split u and a large black split u above; and at the tip, there is a black triangle that has a plain circle within.

Underneath, there is a plain split u and a black split u with another one extending down to the handle while there is a solid curved shape at the tip. Behind this eye form, there is an ovoid, a pair of split u's, s-shapes that have diagonal lines within, and an abstract curving shape.

No decoration, plain, dark brown wood mask with strong features representing the antelope. Has a large forehead incised with a horizontal bordered band of zig zags. At the front of the forehead, there are two long horns and at the back of the sides of the head, there are two long ears. Has horizontal, rectangular cut out eyes, a thin, deep nose, and an open mouth at the bottom. String is attached at either sides of the back.
