The mask is painted white with and undulating black and red design at the top of the head, heavy black eyebrows, black around the eyes, a red nose tip, a black moustache with upturned and pointed ends, red lips, and three red semi-circular shapes on both sides of the face. Cord attached on reverse through holes in the sides and top of the mask.
