Painted wooden body (part a) of a female puppet with gold, black, red, blue and white headdress. Hair or fringe extending at neck. Pink face (part b) with black lined motif. Red mouth and white fangs and teeth. Blue eyes. Moveable gold coloured arms; red and white bands at wrists and biceps. Black cloth bodice edged with gold beads. Two red sequin rosettes at bosom. Soiled and patched yellow cotton skirt; single green pattern sewn with yellow thread attached at waist. Hand on left broken; piece missing. Arms articulate; one to right cannot be fully extended. Pointed controlling rod with rounded sides (part c).
Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: large head (part b) fits into body with skirt (part a), and a control rod (part c) with a long shaft that passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. The figure has a light red face, blunt nose, large red eyes, red lips, and a brown human hair moustache attached to face with four bent nails. Wrinkles are rendered in black, and the figure's black hair is tied back with a white band. Clothing: blue tutupan attached with two nails, and a red, green and yellow sarong.

The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Pink face, small nose, long neck, red lips, black eyes and hair. Headdress: cap, red star on white with red and gold bands at rim. Gold band appears to have a layer of green paint under it. Body: distended belly, rope protruding from neck. Clothing: light blue tutupan with green and black striped sleeves, red under-tunic, dark blue, natural and light brown batik sarong. Hands attached with cord to control rods. Puppet held by rod running through body and head.
Mask depicting an astrologer with a yellow humanoid male face surmounted by a green turban that has a red and white floral pattern. The mask has bulging upward looking eyes with red rims and a crescent-shaped slit below each, thin black eyebrows, a black moustache with slightly upturned ends, a straight nose with a pointed tip and flared red nostrils, a short chin, and a slightly open mouth with thick red lips and two rows of white teeth. Incised lines on the forehead represent wrinkles. Two lengths of string are attached at holes either side of the mask. Inscription in blue ink on reverse near top reads, "astrologer."
Mask depicting an animal head (a) that is painted black overall with a long snout, a rounded ridge running from the top of the forehead to the tip of the animal's nose, large protruding eyes with black pupils set in red, ovoid sockets. Two black and red ears are inserted into holes in the right (b) and left (c) sides of the head. The animal's long, slightly opened mouth contains 22 white teeth on the upper jaw and 21 on the bottom. A red tongue cut from thin leather extends out the left side of the animal's mouth and has three holes cut in a row near the end.
Mask with head (part a) with an overall elongated oval shape with a grinning mouth that has thick dark red lips which reveal pointed teeth and curved fangs, a bulbous nose with large nostril holes, protruding eyes, eye sockets decorated with radiating lines, eyebrows formed from domed black shapes with yellow spiral decoration. The headdress is formed from five dark yellow spade-shaped protrusions with black and yellow line decoration surmounted by a domed segment and finial that are dark red with black, grey-green and yellow vertical stripes. The disc-shaped earpieces with a lotus design (b and c) fit into the head via mortise and tenon joints.
Mask depicting Hatababura Sanniya with a dark pink elongated face, black painted hair and eyebrows, small, close-set bulging eyes with red around the rims, a long nose, and a mouth with open red lips revealing two rows of upper and lower teeth. There are also crescent-shaped holes under the eyes. Label on reverse side of mask reads "Hatababura Sanni" written in blue ink.
Mask depicting Pandam Paliya ("the torch-bearing apparition") with a humanoid face that is squarish in shape. The mask has bulbous eyes and nose with a wide mouth stretching across whole face. Each feature (eyes, cheeks, forehead, and nose) is a separate piece of wood wired together. Cloth covered wire outlines the back of the eyes and the bottom of left cheek. Oval mouth of red stuffed fabric wired at intervals around lips. White plastic teeth, two large protruding fangs on top row. Under nose and around mouth is a beard of black wool strands. Nose and cheeks are flesh-toned. Protruding eyes are carved on circular backgrounds with red, yellow and black petal designs on the lids. The black pupils are outlined in red. The brown wool eyebrows are knotted, tied and wired to the eyes. A label on the reverse reads, "PANDAM PALIYA: The torch-bearing appartition" in typed letters, and also a circled "7" in pencil.
Mask possibly depicting Vata Sanniya (representing flatulence), or Pita Sanni (representing bile). The mask has a dark green humanoid face with black hair and eyebrows, red-rimmed protruding eyes with black pupils and crescent-shaped slits under the eyes, red nostrils and lips, white teeth separated by black lines, and a crescent-shaped slit between the two rows of teeth. Multi-coloured cotton ties are threaded through holes in the sides of the mask and knotted together at the back.

Black moustache, red lips, big nose. Upper tooth row bared, upper and lower fangs present in both corners of mouth. Headdress composed of red cap with top knob, three-tiered gold crown with diadems in red, green and white, gold ear ornaments, Garuda Mungkur (mythical bird) mythical bird in white, light green, dark green and red. Ten black hair curls emerge from beneath crown. Green and red ornaments at wrists and upper arms. Long light brown and green batik skirt is gathered at waist. Arms jointed at shoulder and elbow. Arm control rods missing. Head movement controlled by removable rod, which extends from head to handle beneath skirt.
