Yongzheng tongbao (top-bottom right-left) in Chinese characters are on the obverse; boo ciowan left, right (mintmark), in Manchu are on the reverse. Rims from inner to outer edges have the following: pattern of three lines, four dots, three lines on the obverse; pattern of semicircles, lines, (like waves), three small circles on the reverse.

The main design in this section is of mounted hunters pursuing deer and tigers. The lower portion of the jar has a tapered neck and a pedestal foot. The main design in this portion has leaf and petal patterns.
