Black cotton tunic with short standing collar, slender sleeves, side slits and side opening with frog closures. The black cotton is sized. There is a pocket on the right inner flap. The inside lining is light blue cotton.

Close-fitting necklace made from a thick strip of brown bear fur with ten bear claws sewn around the front. Necklace is tied at the back with strips of red cloth, string and hide thongs.

Dark blue robe with a collar, wide sleeves, side slits and side opening with ties. The inside is unlined.

Wide turquoise damask silk pants. The pants have a natural cotton waistband and navy cotton cuffs. The damask is woven containing floral and bamboo motifs. The inner lining is natural linen.

Pink skirt panels with pleats (part a-b). Across the top is a wide cotton waistband with one long tie and three frog closures. The pink damask is woven containing a flower motif. The panel consists of three pieces. The first piece and the bottom hem are edged with pale blue scalloped braid. The centre piece has tiny pleats. The inside is unlined.

A woman's red cotton twill cap, trimmed around the face with white lace frill and having multi-coloured embroidered ribbon with floral motifs, rickrack, and braid decorating the hat horizontally around the middle. The main design is consisting of the following from top to bottom: a pattern of sideways red tulip-like pairs on a white background, an orange-green floral pattern on a red background, and a blue diamond-shaped pattern with red centres. The crown is gathered onto a 9 cm. headband with small ear flaps. There are ties under chin with twisted fibre strings. Headband is lined with cotton broadcloth. Edges are bound with cotton bias tape.

Hood for opera cape. Peacock, chrysanthemums, and prunus in gold and blue all on pale pink ground. Border: bamboos and chrysanthemums, silver on royal blue ground. Similar designs and embroidery on cape and hood (see N1.631 a). White fur edging; blue patterned cotton lining both on hood.

A concave pearl-like shell that has the shape of an elongated point with three notches at the other end, creating a fluke-tail-like shape.

Boy's outer coat, or parka, of brown caribou fur. The coat has a rounded close fitting hood, the crown is slightly pointed. The coat is thigh length and has a slit in the middle of the front. The hood, bottom and split are trimmed with white caribou fur. Groups of fringes are attached to this white trim along the bottom. A brown fur mitt trimmed with a broad band of white fur is attached to the right sleeve. (Note: photo shows inner and outer coats together, A2.514-15.)
