Skirt composed of strands of alternating beaten and unbeaten flax stalks forming a horizontal striped pattern where the unbeaten stalks are a light yellow colour, and the beaten segments are a dark brown colour. The stalks hang from a woven waistband dyed dark brown, with off-white triangle and parallelogram designs. Braided ties at ends of waistband.
