The paint is red and black.
Formed from a single plank by kerfing three corners. The fourth is sewn with rootlets. The outer surfaces are incised with fluted lines and crest designs which may represent bear. The surface has been dyed red with cinnabar (mercuric sulphide).
Long grooved pointed bone awl smooth with a single longitudinal groove on one side. Groove is possibly the interior of a large bone and awl is a long shard of the bone. J. Stockdill, 10/12/2009 Field Inventory Comments: Found lying on top of second possible fire hearth.
Half of an oblong stone. Flat, and smmoth with rounded edges. Break across center is straight. Faint incised lines on one side, and Longitudinal groove down the center of the other side. C. Shiung 12/08/2003.
