According to Bergen's notes: "a face carved on the surface of a flat bottom oval-shaped river boulder which measures 10 1/2" x 7" x 7". This was found at the edge of the fire pit and was about 3 1/2" feet deep in the undug dirt. It was resting on the flat "bottom" of the boulder - that is in the upright position." LSP, 7/30/97
Bone tool, pointed and beveled on both ends, oval in cross-section; broken into four fragments (757-649, 757-650, 745-654, 745-656), all fragments were glued together at one time, although one repair site has since re-broken (754-650 & 745-654).
