Tanning stone. Locality: Fisher, Washington. Remarks: Found on one acre of ground, now occupied by descents of a Yakima family and a Hudson's Bay man. The Yakima are supposed to have lived there long before Hudson's Bay days.* Flattened rectangle of stone, ground and polished on all faces.
