One clear glass bottle with hub or golden gate oval base profile and prescription finish. Two sides are embossed with volume markers. Seams indicate cup-bottom manufacture. Cork is still present although contents are not. Seams indicate post-bottom manufacture. Date is from opening of Parke-Davis and Company, which is still open (http://www.myinsulators.com/glass-factories/bottlemarks3.html).
