AMEC Analysis: Part: Whole Bottle Type: Whiskey/Liquor Neck Finish: Small Mouth External Thread Manufacture Method: Post bottom One clear glass liquor bottle with small mouth external thread finish. Base is similar to plain oval and monarch or erie oval bases with three curved sides and one straight side connected with rounded corners. Mold seams include: horizontal cup-bottom mold seam and two side mold seams extending up to the bottom of the finish. Flask shape indicative of bottles holding liquor. Bubbles present in the glass. One brown glass liquor bottle with slender handy base and straight brandy or wine finish. Mold seams include: horizontal post-bottom mold seam and two side mold seams extending up to the bottom of the finish. Flask shape, finish and color of glass indicative of bottles holding liquor. One brown whiskey bottle with round base and finish similar to that of straight brandy or wine finish, though with a taller and more flared bottom ring. No seams or molds visible. Concentric horizontal rings present on body are indicative of turn-molded manufacture. Partially intact seal covering part of neck and finish Previous sealing material likely made of tin. One olive green bottle with round base and blob finish. Lack of mold seams and presence of horizontal lines on body indicative of turn in mold manufacture. Presence of blob finish with remnant of wire closure indicative of bottle containing carbonated beverage such as champagne, soda or mineral water. Dried substance present inside and outside of bottle. Remnant of previous sealing material, probably tin, and corroded metal on finish.
