There are five orange U-forms and four red U-forms carved at the back of the beak running towards the nostril. The eyes are white, outlined in black on a white, ovoid shaped background; brow is black. Attached to the top of the head are five rounded edged, rectangular cutouts with red U-forms painted on a white background. Behind the cutouts is a fringe of cedar bark; tied bunches of cedar bark are adhered to the back and side rim with twine. Strips of cedar line the bottom rim and dangle down to cover the body of the wearer. The bottom of the beak has a white U-form painted on it. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of an attached twine cord that assistants the beak in opening and shutting. The mask is painted black, red, white and orange.

Running from the brow is a small central black frill that protrudes outward and curves inward to the centre tip of the beak and back into itself; decorated with white semi-circles. The mouth is red, flat and protruding. The bottom parts of the beaks are hinged with rectangular pieces of leather. The face is black with white detailing. The eyes are black and large, outlined in white and red on a white ovoid shaped ground; brow is black. The underside of the beak is black. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of a piece of fibre twine that helped articulate the beak. Attached to the top edge is a twist rope of red and white fabric. The top has many bundles of small stripes of cedar bark. Hanging from the back and bottom edges are long strips of cedar that would cover the wearer. The mask is painted black, white and red with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

There are two pieces of wood that extend from the inside that are used to help support the mask when worn. The top, side and bottom edges of the mask are lined with braided cedar. The top has short pieces of cedar creating a fringe, while the back has longer strips that hang over the wearer. The underside of the mouth is painted black with a small white design. The mask is painted black, red, and white with Northwest Coast stylized designs.

The inside of the mask is hollow with a wooden T-form at the back.

Wolf headdress, or mask. Carved and painted; has wooden, cutout teeth. The muzzle is hinged with two pieces of twisted, fibre twine on either side, to a lower jaw. There is a wooden handle on the inside of the mask that connects to the jaw allowing it to open and close. Wooden ears are attached to the top of the head and there are two oval shaped cutouts on the bottom of the jaw. The mask is painted black, white and red.
