The eyes are black, outlined in white and black on a white ovoid shaped ground; the brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of pieces of fibre twine that articulates the beak. The top and sides have small bundles and a braid of cedar; few tufts of eagle down intermixed. There is a long metal strip that runs along the top of the head. The mask is painted black, white and red with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

The underside of the beak is black with a white stylized design. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of twisted twine pieces through the lower beak to articulate the mask. Attached to the top is a wooden crest with red split u-forms on a white ground; small bundles of cedar line the edge of the crest. Along the bottom of the crest and side of the mask are thin twisted cedar braids. Hanging from the top and sides are long strips of cedar that would cover the wearer. Intertwined in the long pieces are a few feathers and eagle down. The mask is painted black, white, red and yellow with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

The eyes are black ovoids, outlined in white and red on a grey ovoid shaped ground; the brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow. Attached to the top and sides are small bundles of cedar. The mask is painted black, red, grey, white and green with Northwest Coast stylized forms.

There is a square piece of abalone inlay on either side, centred in a white U-form. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of an attached twine cord that attaches to the mouth. The mask is painted black, red and white with Northwest Coast stylized designs.

The front has a front facing, distributive design depicting an aquatic animal. A smaller sea bear (possibly) on both ends. Back plain black.

The beak and nostrils are painted black with red edging and white detailing. There are numerous white U-forms extending from the back of the mouth to around the nose. The eye is outlined in black on a white, ovoid shaped background; eyebrow is black. The top of the head is decorated with cedar bark fringe and black feathers. Long strips of cedar run down the back, sides and front of the opening. The inside of the mask is hollow with the exception of a long rectangular shaped, wooden handle and attached twine cords. The mask is painted black, red and white.
