A thick, gilded disc which has an incised design of a bird in profile. It has a semi-circular eye with vertical plumes on its head. There are also three small squares on the side of the bird figure. The design fits inside a circular incised border. There is a small hole above the head plumes near the incised border. The back of the disc is undecorated.

A slightly flaring blade with central hole at the blunt end. One side has incised design of two interlocking, snake-like figures, each with a head on each end. Traces of a thin layer of gilding appear on one side near the hole.

Mace head composed of a short, heavy cylinder modelled with identical faces on two sides. These are separated by protuberant, round ears. White shell inlays in eyes, mouth, ears and cheek areas have drilled holes and incised details. One inlay (b) is dislodged. One ear inlay is thinner than the other three and does not have an engraved circle like the others.

Light orange shell? pendant cut into the shape of a bird's silhouette with a back swept crest on top of its head and a circular, tongue-like protrusion coming out of its open beak. Its round eye is an inlayed greenish stone or shell. Neck and wing details are incised. There is a hole drilled through the body below the wing.

Light yellow brown mottled ostrich egg (part a) with one cm. hole drilled at one end. Incised lines in three places around the hole form three ladder-like designs. The stopper (part b) is a bundle of grass roots wrapped at one end with fibre.

A tall, dark brown wooden cup with a flaring rim. Two geometric motifs alternate in two rows and cover most of the outside of the cup. Nested squares alternate with a six-sided repeated design. A band of connected diamonds encircles the mouth. A narrow metal strap encircles the cup and holds together a vertical crack. The crack is filled with a black substance. A white sustance, probably sand, fills some of the incised designs. Some cracks, chips and insect damage.

Spindle WhorlSf682

Fouteen spindle whorls threaded on handspun cotton yarn; six are convexly conical, of incised black on orange ceramic; one is flat ceramic disc; four are globular or conical stone (?), these are green (three) and yellow (one). One of the green is half missing and two are decorated with drilled, dotted circles. The yellow is plain. Two whorls are made of yellow shell; one truncated biconical whorl is made of metal and is now covered in green deposit. All whorls have a central hole.

A flat circular plaque with an incised design. The narrow body of the incised figure is segmented by repetitions of interlocking double-headed serpents. The figure has identical, triangular heads at both ends with ears, whiskers, eyes and a protruding tongue. The figure is surrounded by a halo of lines. The surface of the disc is encrusted with green, black and orange deposits.
