An arrow shaft, 88.5 cm. long, made of a variety of pitpit (sword grass). The shaft is light brown with black coating. Inserted into the tip of the shaft, held with a woven rattan sleeve 1 cm. wide, is a long point of black palm wood 27 cm. long, which appears to have had a thin point which was broken off. The point is incised with longitudinal wavy lines filled with short parallel lines and rubbed with red ochre and grey clay.
An arrow shaft, 83 cm. long, made of a variety of pitpit (sword grass). The shaft is light brown with black coating. The fore-shaft is a flat length of black palm wood, 10.5 cm. long, bound to the shaft with a sleeve of woven rattan 1.5 cm. wide and to the point with a band of bark cord 11 cm. wide. The fore-shaft is also bound with a band of woven rattan less than 1 cm. wide. The bark cord band is coated with red ochre and has a rough stripe of grey clay on each side. The long point is of solid bone, 17 cm. long, also coated with a black substance.
Female form with arms slightly out from sides ending at hips. Round head with wide nose and forehead in higher relief than cheek area. Eyes, eyebrows, and mouth are indicated by horizontal lines. Diagonal lines curve under cheek from nose; breasts and stomach protrude. Footless legs are flat along inside edges and calves and knees protrude slightly. Crease along backbone and buttocks.
Degraded ivory tapering harpoon head with open rectangular socket at curved base with side to right of socket tapering to a point. Small diagonal slots on both sides of open socket are close together on opposite side. Line hole above socket; terminal blade end is broken with one side missing and part of one side of second also missing. Remnants of curvilinear designs terminating in small deeply drilled holes. Base is grey.
Ivory harpoon head with beveled edges and curving sides, flaring out at base; open rectangular socket with line hole above and thin blade slit at tapering rounded, terminal end above hole. Small enclosed slot parallel to socket on unbroken side, this side tapers to a point; opposite shorter side is broken roughly at socket. Incised curvilinear designs terminate in small deeply drilled holes. Overall appearance is mottled yellow-brown to dark brown. 'P-1827-1-d' is inscribed in black letters along socket slot.
An arrow shaft, 79 cm. long, made of a variety of pitpit (sword grass). Light brown near the fore-shaft, darkening to black at the end from a coating of a black substance. The fore-shaft of black palm wood, 24.5 cm. long between the point and the shaft, is incised with a pattern of elongated dots and wavy lines coated with red ochre. The fore-shaft is bound to the shaft with sleeve of woven rattan 2 cm. wide. The long point is of hollow bone with a broken tip, bound to the fore-shaft with a sleeve of woven rattan.
An arrow shaft, 88 cm. long, made of a variety of pitpit (sword grass). Light brown near the fore-shaft is darkening to black at the butt due to a black coating. The fore-shaft of black palm wood, 18 cm. long, is inserted into the shaft and bound with a woven sleeve of rattan 1.5 cm. wide. The fore-shaft is incised with dots and zigzag lines. The long point is made of solid bone, protruding 6.5 cm. beyond the fore-shaft and bound to it with a band of bark cord 10 cm. wide and a sleeve of woven rattan 1.5 cm. wide coated with red and yellow ? ochre.
Incised and painted partial profile wolf head; upturned horn-like image at top front of snout; oval nostril with two pointed extensions at side on right; large circular pupil in downturned pointed eyelid lines; front and back tips of brow, remainder broken away, continuous lip band around bared rectangular teeth; at right of mouth is a red semi-circle with two black s curves on either side of a black triangle; vertical curved black line at right of semi-circle has black and red scallop-like design; series of red scallop-like designs continue to end of plank; the impressions of three vertical pointed sticks, which were once nailed to the plank, remain, as does one vertical band at centre; vertical row of nails at edge on right; bottom edge and edge on left are bevelled and painted; edge on right is unfinished and top edge has deteriorated; cracking over surface.
Oval, roughly carved face mask with green-brown stain and patchy grey pigment overall. Seal head appendage at top. Dark brown seal has incised eye slits and wide mouth slit. Notches indicate nostrils. Forehead of mask is higher than plane of face. Long, narrow, nose is nailed on with three metal nails. Nose is stained dark brown with red under stain and at bottom, scraped to bare wood at tip. Almond shaped eye holes below sloped lids. Two small holes below nose and downturned mouth hole with black over red lips. A hole on each side has a two strand twine cord tied between. Back is very uneven. Black #12 above #311 on side and faded '26920-2' in white.
Black leather stylized representation of a figure in a dramatic dance pose, one leg stands on a snake-like creature while the other is raised to the waist. One arm holds a bow and the other an arrow over a tall tiered crown. The figure and the surrounding halo is cut out with an overall pattern to give a lace-like effect.
