Section of flat cobble with a series of incised parallel lines. Original catalogue description: "Mudstone concretion. Several longitudinal incisions with a few at rt angles to them in center portion of one face. One end broken after this design (?) scratched on."
Trapezoidal; incised with fine line on one face.

Burnt. Because the some of the artifact numbers have worn off this artifact, its exact provenience cannot be determined. However, based on Butler's Field Catalog (see Burke Archives), none of the artifacts in the number range O-50 to O-59 or O-500 to O-599 (that fit the description of this artifact) are from burials.
