Wooden plaque with dragons in flight decorating the edges. Centre of plaque has golden characters addressed to General Kuan-ti (General of Three Kingdoms). All in relief. Predominant colours gold, blue, green and red. Executed in four detachable parts, all fitting into a matching carved base. Paper label on reverse reads: "Made in China."

Pair of red, gourd-shaped vases (a-b) with lids (c-d) in the form of a stem with large, golden leaves. Each vase has two sets of curvilinear handles protruding from opposite sides. White jade gourds, crests and arabesque designs in relief decorate the entire surface. Predominant colours are red, gold and white.

Rectangular screen (b) and matching stand (a), all in relief on red lacquer. Front of screen features a garden scene with pine tree, rocks and scholars; a camellia spray with a tropical bird adorns the reverse. The stand is elaborately carved with floral motifs.

Monochrome, red, seated male figure dressed in warrior's costume. Various intricate designs of lozenges, flowers and peace all in relief on robe and hat. Animal head motif (t'ao-t'ieh) carved in relief on right shoulder. (Part b is a rectangular wooden stand with four feet, in storage.)

Red, standing bearded figure dressed in a warrior's costume and holding a pike/spear weapon (parts c-d). Intricate raised designs of peace, flowers and lozenges adorn the robe. Belt has an animal head (t'ao-t'ieh) in relief. Part b is the wooden base.

A flat oval-shaped jade ornament with a design of two fish "standing" with their tails on the middle bottom, scrolls above them, and geometric designs around them.

A jade piece that has a circular design with young stylized dragon on top. Green on one side and dark brown on the other. Bosses on green side.

Ink holder (a) carved from ivory with an elongated, slightly curved handle, a bowl with a metal dish insert (b), and a lid that covers the bowl. A dragon and cloud pattern motif is incised into the handle on both sides, and four Chinese characters are incised into the top of the lid with a leaf border around the bowl. the designs are emphasized with black pigment (?).

Circular, white porcelain plaque featuring a scene in blue of two figures--one on horseback--crossing a bridge. Plaque is enclosed within an elaborately carved, circular, wooden, frame-like structure that stands on six scrolling feet. Carved from the same wood in the same intricate, sinuous manner is a supportive stand (part b) for the plaque and wooden frame.
