Rectangular; incised and ground on all sides; on one face, a circular depression has been ground. The last digit of this artifact's catalog number has worn off. It is probably O-233, O-234, or O-238, the Burke has all of the other artifacts numbered from O-230 and O-239, except for O-232 (which is a pipe bowl sherd and does not fit the description of this artifact). Of note, according to Butler's Field Catalog the artifacts listed for the three possible catalog numbers are from "Pothunters Tailings," not burials. L.Phillips, 10/13/95.
