White oval bowl with an oval pedestal base, fluted sides with moulded spouts on ends, scalloped rim and openwork loop handles on sides. In the well centre is a small red floral sprig. Beneath the spouts are large sprays of red peonies with smaller red, blue and yellow flowers. Handles are outlined in red. All designs finely outlined in black.
