All three heads are in profile, but while the main head and the small head on top are facing to the right side, the head on the back is facing to the left side. All have a circular black pupil and eye that are surrounded by a black oval that is pointed at both ends. All have red lines emanating from the top of the head. All have a red shape decorating the nostrils: the main head has a three digit paw-like shape, the head on top of the main head has two thick, curving lines, and the head at the back of the main head has a red ovoid. All have black beaks with red lined lips. The elongated beak of the main head curves over and downward toward the middle of the open red mouth. Red spots drip down from the bottom back of the main head and the head at the back of the main head. Pen on the top left corner reads a word for 'again'. The painting is horizontally rectangular.
