A wood bird with its wings tucked close to its body. Body is mainly dark blue. The dark green wings are decorated with a red starburst shape surrounded by smaller dark blue dots, outlined in red, with a white diagonal off centre, and a red wing tip. The back is decorated with two red dots. The eyes are white with dark blue pupils and outlined with red. Beak slighty open, and outlined with red. Tail is red, decorated with dark blue, and outlined with white and green. Blue legs standing on a circular base.

Relief carving of two ducks swimming in water, surrounded by leaves, flowers and cattails. The carving sits inside a rectangular, grey frame. The carving is painted in gold, red, blue and green.

Battledore paddle with a black handle. Female figure in red kimono. She is wearing a red and pink hood with a square pattern. In front of her to her right there is a horse figure. Behind her to her left there is a bell. The background behind her is of a tree with white blossoms to her left and a white moon with blue clouds to her right on a white background, all of which is painted. Stylized flowering tree painted on back.

Elaborately carved rectangular wooden panel depicting two quails perched on a blossoming camellia tree; carvings are three-dimensional, bordered by a thick frame, and incorporate expanses of open space. Colours used are red, blue, green, brown and grey.

Male figure (part a) painted with samurai costume. His right hand is holding an umbrella (parts b-c) while his left hand is held up behind his head. His upper garment is painted orange decorated with a pattern of three short gold lines, and trimmed with light blue. Overtop is painted a dark blue garment coming across over his right shoulder where a pink flower decorates the garment. The clay umbrella top (part b) is yellow, and dark blue attached to a wooden stick (part c) that goes through a hole in his right hand. Both figure and umbrella have been broken and badly repaired. Figure has a metal post protruding from base of one foot (appears to be missing its original base).

Stylized dog with a bottom (part a) and a top (part b). Its head is on its right side and facing forward. Face is white with black hair and curly tendrils. The neck is adorned with a twisted gold-coloured rope decorated with an alternating pattern of three blue, and of three red dots outlined with white and tied at the back. The tail curls inward. Decorated with green, brown, blue, red, and white landscape scenes, cranes, and fans on a gold-coloured background.

One male and one female standing figure on a platform (part d) on a boat (part a). Both are painted with black, and white, however the male is also painted blue, and green while the female is also painted red, pink, and blue. Sail (part b) has character meaning "precious", and it is leaning on the mast (part c) There is a purple tassel on each side of the curved sail, and an orange tassel at the front. Sides of the boat are painted blue, red, black, and white.

Three-masted ship. Front mast has two sails with a blue flag, middle mast has three sails with a red stylized cross-shape and an orange-red flag, back mast has its sail on one side. Boat painted with a design in blue, red, and green on a white background with yellow dots on natural wood.

House with garden. The main house has a thatch roof with a dark log on top which has longitudinal sticks attached by four black vertical string ropes. There is a smaller side house to the left of the main house. To the right of the main house there is a tree with a fence in front. Another tree is in the opposite corner. A smaller tree is in front of the tree to the right of the main house. There is a long fence with an opening at the front.
