Carved, wooden, raven mask with a long beak. The beak is hinged with rubber pieces, nailed to the underside of the mouth. The beak is painted black with red edging. There is a red stylized split U-form as the nostrils. The eyes are white, outlined in black on a green, ovoid shaped background; brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow. There is a rectangular piece attached to the top, back rim. The mask is painted black, red, green and white with Northwest Coast stylized designs.
Carved wooden, crooked beak mask. The beak has red and white circular shaped nostrils with many incised white c-shaped forms behind it. Running from the brow is a large, protruding, central black circular shaped frill that projects upwards and curves downwards to the top of the beak; detailed with a white outline. Running down the middle of the beak is a small, rectangular shape piece of wood, painted black and white to match the frill. The mouth is red, flat, wide and protruding. The underside of the beak is black with small eagle’s head carved in relief; beak hinged with a rectangular piece of metal. The eyes are black ovoids, outlined in white and red on a grey ovoid shaped ground; the brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow. Attached to the top and sides are small bundles of cedar. The mask is painted black, red, grey, white and green with Northwest Coast stylized forms.
Whale mask, or headdress. Body has two dorsal fins, pectoral fins, a tail, and jaw that are all movable. A ridge extends up and over the nose and head from the lips. All fins are covered with designs in white, red and green. The double dorsal fins each have an oval hole at the centre. The body of the mask is painted black with white, red, and blue designs, including a scalloped design that extends from the mouth over the head to behind the dorsal fins. The face is blue around the eyes, withe and black above and below the red nostrils, the lips are red, and there are white crescent-shaped design elements beside the corners of the mouth. The tail has a painted face design.
Green, white, red and black humanoid mask with deep set eye sockets with protruding eyes, a pointed chin, prominent eyebrows and cheekbones. Copper pieces are nailed to both cheeks. Remnants of cloth are nailed along the top and side edges.
Carved wooden, crooked beak headdress, or mask. The beak has red ovoid shaped nostrils with a central frill that curves inward to the centre of the beak. The mouth is red, flat and protruding; bottom part of jaw is nailed shut. The face is black with white outline and detailing. The eyes are white outlined in black and red on a white, ovoid shaped ground; brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow; twisted twine is tied to either side of the bottom, back edge of the mask. Attached to the top and side edges are short, bundles cedar stripes; longer pieces of cedar hang down the back. The mask is painted black, white and red with Northwest Coast stylized forms.
Raven rattle composed of two complementary parts. On the raven's back is a sea otter and a frog. The belly is decorated with a bird's face with recurved beak. Painted in red and black.
Mourner mask. White face mask, with elongated oval face. Two red coloured marks on each cheek. Three evenly spaced thin red lines next to each eye, toward the outside of the face. Nostrils and lips are red. Hair and eyebrow ridges are black. Cut-out eyes are outlined in black.
Mask that has been carved on a forward slant, giving it an angular appearance. The mask is painted white with pursed red lips, a hooked nose with red nostrils, and semi-circular eyes. Two half crescents raised on each side of cheeks are painted black. Tufts of cedar bark fringe are attached at the sides and longer strands of cedar bark extend down the back of the mask below the chin. Off-white feathers protrude upwards from the top of the head.
