A closing fan with eighteen inner ribs of ivory covered with silk fibre that is painted and embroidered with polychrome floral designs across the entire fan. The two parent ribs are elaborately carved with a floral motif. There is a metal loop with rivets.

A paper shadow puppet representing a standing female figure dressed in elaborate two-piece pants and costume which are predominantly red, yellow and purple. Wearing an elaborate headdress of the same colours with two long thin feather-like tails curving from the top of the head to flow down at the back and two wide pelt-like bands flowing from the sides to the back.
