Tan, oval cobble with shallow depression pecked and ground into it. Outside of the rim of the depressin is a pecked band around the object. There are several vertical grooves pecked or ground on the sides of the object. The bottom surface is somewhat concave and shows evidence of pecking and grinding.

Broken anvil, grey, round on one side, flat on the other - flat side has battered and pecked area in the center, some usewear on the unbroken edge (might have also been a hammerstone) - Medium grained - igneous rock.
