The item search helps you look through the thousands of items on the RRN and find exactly what you’re after. We’ve split the search into two parts, Results, and Search Filters. You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

Assorted turquoise stone beads with a single irregularly shaped stone pendant of a whitish-green colour. The pendant is drilled in both directions. There are 430 turquoise beads, including disc-shaped, barrel-shaped and irregularly shaped ones. There is some graduation in size and the smallest ones are closest to the tie in the monofilament, on which they are strung. Some beads have traces of red pigment.
Green and blue/green stone beads are interspersed with 18 barrel-shaped and one ellipsoid bead made of golden metal. The 134 stone beads are a mixture of disc-shaped, barrel-shaped and irregular shapes. They are arranged symmetrically on either side of the golden ellipsoid bead. The ellipsoid bead is made of two hemispheres of sheet metal while the other metal beads are rolled with a simple overlap join. Strung on monofilament.
Assorted stone beads of grey, turquoise, yellow, blue, brown and white with a single pendant bead. The pendant is rhomboidal with one broken corner and has a patch of turquoise as well as milky white areas veined with green. There is a rough symmetry in the arrangement of beads on either side of the pendant. Several beads appear to be made of shell, while one is cast metal.
T-shaped, grey-blue stone blade with a flat top and angular lugs cut into the slanting sides of the blade. The cutting edge has a slight depression in the centre.
Roughly conical hand-built ceramic case (part a) with a rectangular hole cut out near the base. A well fitting cover (part b) for the opening has holes in the corners matching holes on the vessel. The orange ware vessel has many small scale geometric designs of hooks and frets in lengthwise rows which are painted in black on a neutral slip base. One third of the surface, opposite to opening has no design. Nipple-like projections on base and tip of cone.
A bulbous orange ware duck vessel. The head, with generalized features, is a modelled addition and the wing and tail form a sharp shoulder on the vessel. The single central spout has a flaring rim and the base has a flared foot. Bands and wave-like designs, made by cutting away the background, encircling the spout and the vessel just below the wing line. Two perforated lugs flank the spout. Faint traces of red and black paint and geometric designs on body. Some chipping on rim.
Ulu type knife. Rounded metal blade and ivory handle. The blade is crescent shaped, with a horizontal, yellowed ivory handle attached to it via a metal shank.
Variegated green and green-blue beads are symmetrically graduated by size and strung on synthetic monofilament. The largest beads, which are opposite the tie, are particularly irregular in shape. Eight thin beads of larger diameter are symmetrically interspersed among the smaller beads. Total of 321 beads.
A black stirrup spout vessel in the form of a prawn or lobster with overlapping skeletal plates along its back, a pair of front clawed appendages and five pairs of lateral ones. A small monkey is attached at the base of the spout. A lengthwise seam joining the two symmetrical halves of the pot is clearly visible on the inside through breaks in the stirrup-spout. The stirrup is broken off the vessel and part of the spout is missing. Some gluing and restoration materials are in evidence.
One disc-shaped stone bead and three fragments from other beads. All are blue-green.
