Chisel. Locality: Sauvie's Island, Columbia R.* Adze blade, roughly rectangular, ground and polished on all faces. One edge ground to sharp cutting edge. Edge opposite cutting edge is broken off. Found at Clark County, Wa. *Information comes from original accession ledger.
Antler tine tool. Original catalogue description: "Tip end antler tine. Surface highly polished. Tip rounded to blunt polished point. Base has been cut at a beveled (bifaceted) diagonal with a short central groove as if it could be hafted on one side of inside curve." Original catalogue remarks: "plate VIII"
Surface Depth: 96 - 108" Splintering as it disintegrates. Most pieces are tan and cylindrical.
Metapodial, somewhat flat.
Mammal bone that is ground and polished to a point. End opposite the point is broken and was glued together by Bergen. There are cut marks perpendicular to the base and one side of bone has deteriorated. D. Bradley 10-26-98.

Mammal bone that is ground and polished to a point on one end. The end opposite the point is rounded. Root-etching covers most of the surface. There is an adhering matrix on point end. D. Bradley 10-26-98
