Large rectangular white paper with dot-printed black rose design overall. The rose is beside a circular crest and the word "Takashimaya" in black. In one corner, two Japanese receipts are stuck to the paper.

Rectangular green paper with black designs and white lettering. There are several black vase motifs arranged in a haphazard row. A white ribbon is looped over the vases, spelling "Ando". In small white lettering is "Ando Cloisonne Co. Nagoya & Tokyo" is repeated in between the rows of vases.
