Print depicting a front-facing smiling human figure in Inuit dress flancked by four birds: the two upper birds are brown, grey, green and black and are turned outwards with their heads facing inwards. The two bottom birds are facing inwards and have orange, brown, yellow and black plumage. The name of the printmaker is printed in Inuit syllabics along with the Cape Dorset stylized red igloo seal in the lower left-hand corner. Below the image is written, "Colourful Birds lithograph 33/50 Dorset 1979 Egyvudluk," and the name of the artist is written in Inuit syllabics. The Canadian Eskimo Arts Council and Cape Dorset Cooperative blind embossed stamp is in the lower right-hand corner.

Book opens like an accordion, with one side having blank pages, and the other with illustrations. January No. 1 depicts people walking on a street carrying buckets, boxes, bags, and musical instruments with a gate in the upper right corner. February No. 2 depicts adults facing four banners or lanterns with four children at a large drum on the left, four more children carrying banners, and lanterns on the right. March No. 3 depicts people in a joyful march along a link of trees with pink blossoms. April No. 4 depicts children handing things to adults from a platform which has a waterwell with a statue. May No. 5 depicts men coming around a gate with one blowing a conch shell on the left side, and three chilren holding braided fibres along a water bank on the right side. June No. 6 depicts men doing burning near a shoreline along the upper corners, and people at a flower market along the lower corners with a diagonal line separating the two images. [July] No. 7 depicts three images: 1) Two men, and a lantern on the right side, 2) Lanterns blowing in the wind throughout a town on the top left side, and 3) Children holding hands in a circle onthe bottom left side. August No. 8 depicts an elderly man standing, and a woman kneeling at a table with fruit on the left side, and people standing on the balcony of a building overlooking a town on the right side. September No. 9 depicts people around the statue of a big bird. October No. 10 depicts people having a feast on the floor. The Fifty-Three Post Stations of the Tokaido HighwayN2.1142

Print depicting people eating in building at the side of the road. One man is walking away from the building. There are some thin trees in the background as well as a round grey hill. Print of Mariko Station (#20). This is one of a series of reproductions of the "53 Post Stations on the Tokaido Hwy." from Nihonbashi to Kyoto (Hoei-do edition). Print is matted on a piece of white-yellow paper and has an additional cover page that folds over the print. A printed inscription on the cover page reads: "MARIKO Pictures of Western countires have no skies printed pink. Neither are there dark grey plum blossoms. We, however, catch the spirit of spring from this pink sky." There are Japanese characters at the top, bottom, and side of the printed message.

Scrolls of Frolicking Animals and Humans. Second in a set of four (N2.785–N2.788) picture scrolls known as emakimono (絵巻物) or emaki (絵巻) of Chōjū-jinbutsu-giga (鳥獣人物戯画; Animal-person Caricatures). The scroll features ink brush stroke drawings of animals such as elephants, lions, birds, tigers, roosters, cows, horses, and other animals. The scroll is mounted on grey-green paper printed with a silver floral design; wound around a wooden baton. When wound closed, the scroll is tied shut with a length of blue cord printed with a white crisscross pattern.

Third scroll in a set of three (N2.782, N2.783 and N2.784) picture scrolls, known as emakimono (絵巻物) or emaki (絵巻) of Shigisan engi (信貴山縁起; Legends of the Temple on Mount Shigi); painted in ink with calligraphy. Mounted on grey-purple paper printed with a silver floral design. Wound around a wooden baton. When closed it ties shut with a length of purple cord, printed with a white crisscrossing pattern.
