Offering consisting of a small orange-red paper envelope with stamped gold text as well as images of flowers and horned animals on the front. A folded bill for twenty riels from the National Bank of Cambodia folds up to fit inside the envelope. The bill is brown ink on white paper and has an image of a building with "BANQUE NATIONALE DU CAMBODGE," "VINGT RIELS," "20," and other characters on one face, and on the reverse shows two cartouches, one empty, the other with an image of three men on a piece of farming equipment, with characters at the centre and corners.
