This is a crystalline volcanic rock (basalt) point with a tapering, triangular base with semi-conspicuous shoulders. Tip of the base is missing. The middle third of the point is serrated. J. Fisher 07/15/03

Basalt lanceolate with continuous serration. The point was boxed with three points (1999-97/16, 1999097/17 and 1999/97/18) and a note which says: "Arrowheads Whidbey Island, Washington Herman Wanamaker Gifts December 10, 1944" KJG February 2000
