Feathers are brown and white with blue marabou feathers glued to the bottom shaft and to the tip of the feather. Red paper circles are glued where the marabou meets the eagle feather tip. Orange marabou feathers are on the crown of the cap. Band of loom-woven beadwork in red, blue, and yellow runs across the front to rounds of beadwork at either end. Dangles of loom woven beads with marabou feathers tied to the ends and two strips of white fur with black tips, hang from each side.
