Leather arms are jointed at the shoulders and the elbows. Wood sticks are attached to the palms to manipulate the arms. Profile body and face are looking to the right. The light red face has a large protruding nose, short hair, moustache, and dark red ring beard. The upper teeth are visible. Wearing a yellow military cap with a black visor, a high-collared yellow uniform, and tasseled epaulette on the left with a light red belt. Pronounced posterior and a long black sword is worn from the hip on the left. The straight legs spread considerably. Red ground is between the black shoes. The hands are bent with a hooked thumb and a protrusion from the finger. Front and back of the figure are identical.

Pencil mark on wrist at left: 'Batm aka'. Hands point backward and down when arms in natural position. Chipped paint on face, arms and hands. Gold, yellow and red Garuda Mungkur has red flower motifs, green leaves, white fang. Gold body has red, blue striped yoke, front and back. Gold arms have blue, yellow, red ornaments at bicep, wrist. One small nail on each shoulder, one centre chest. Kain has brown diagonal batik design. Operating rod unpainted, spear-shaped; fits through body, turns head. Body has white label: 'Suyadana Ondste ud Pandawa.' also black pen mark: 'I.S.J.D.N.'. Chipped paint on face, body, arms.

Gelung headdress has gold jamang; gold sumping has red upper, lower surfaces, extends behind head; ornaments (sumping) behind ears have horizontal stripes in red, white. Black hair forms bump at back of head. Body unpainted; slender with narrow waist. Arms unpainted, red bracelets; hands at right angle to arms; hand on left resembles paw, hand on right has long fingers, thumb curled under palm. String joining upper arm on right to shoulder; broken. Cord holds arm into coat at elbow. Puppet wears long black fitted coat with white collar. Light brown sarong has medium brown and blue floral batik design, purple stitching; many holes, tear at front hem. Controlling rod unpainted, spear-shaped; fits through body, turns head.

Three-dimensional male puppet (Petruk): large head (part b) fits into body with skirt (part a), and a control rod (part c) with a long shaft passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long, black controlling rod attached. Carved wooden head has a pink face with black hair. A hump lies at the rear base of the skull. Face has exaggerated features, notably a long, bulbous nose inclined upward, and large bulging eyes with red irises. Red lips surround the wide, grimacing mouth, with a single wide tooth protruding from the middle of the top lip. Eyebrows are black and heavy. A small black moustache with a central triangular beard below the mouth joined to similar triangles of beard below the corners of the mouth. Thin, curling sideburns are found beside the ears decorated with four lines extending from a point. Cheeks, chin and forehead protrude. Lines below eyes, with stylized frown-lines between. The torso is dressed in a long-sleeved black cloth jacket with an upright collar, decorated at the back with 19 red and gold sequins. Chest has pattern of 27 red and gold sequins with zigzag gold braid. The pink wooden hands are outstretched, with thumbs inclined away from fingers. The skirt is of dark blue and green plaid cotton (with several small and one substantial- 2 cm- holes).

Dark and light tan apron of animal hide. Smooth in the centre; the sides are covered with fur.

Composed of two strips of hide as well as one horizontal and one vertical inserted bead work panel of predominantly triangular patterns, the horizontal panel has black triangles on a white background while the vertical panel has white triangles on a black background. Three looped strings of ostrich egg beads are placed on each side of the centre panel of beads. One of these sides has an additional shorter string of ostrich egg beads. On one side of the centre panel of beads, there are six short strings of black and white beads. Blue trade beads. On the other side, there are seven strings of beads.

Palm basket (a) with square base and lid (b); exterior has geometric, banded, diagonally woven pattern; interior is plain. Bamboo stitching around rim.

Mask with black painted face, a nose with two bumps on the bridge, flaring nostrils, a moustache made of dark brown hair, and bulging eyes, each with a semicircular socket decorated with radiating black lines and yellow and red bands that follow the curve. Painted white vertical lines decorate the nose, and curved white lines indicate wrinkles at the centre of the forehead as well as below each eye. Each eye also has a crescent-shaped hole beneath it. The mouth has a red fabric upper lip only and from which white plastic teeth and curved fangs protrude. A braid made of black woven hair ? is attached around the edge of the mask. Twined fabric ties attached to reverse.
