Point, Chipped Stone1999-97/8

The tip and base of the point are broken. It is difficult to determine the type of base because of how it is broke. One side is side-notched and the appears to be stemmed (?). The point was wrapped in paper on which was noted: "Arrowhead Whidbey Island, Washington Petrified Wood Found below sand dune on Jacob Ebey Donation Claim bluff near Coupeville by Ronald Taylor 1945 W1-1" KJG February 2000
