Blue and green painted snake around neck. Upper and lower arm pieces joined at elbow and shoulder with string. Upper and lower carved arm ornaments, green with red centres. Wand attached through hand with string, one long sharp fingernail. Skin fold at waist. Beige fabric skirt with brown waist band. Diamond and roundel pattern inside which are red, green, and blue flowers of four petals with a blue circle in each.

The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Pinky-beige coloured face, large upward looking eyes with black pupils and blue irises, scant black beard, short blunt nose. Visible lower teeth with three fangs protruding from centre and either side of lower jaw. Bumps on forehead and top of head with circles of red, pink, and light pink; large round bump on back of neck with smaller bumps on either side. Head bald. Head detachable and joined to body by controlling rod with carved grip. Body and arms completely covered by long dress; unpainted round torso. Arms jointed at shoulder and elbow with string; hands tied to controlling wands; pink forearms and hands with fingers straight and parallel to arms. Green, blue, yellow, and dark red plaid dress with pink trim at neck and front opening and secured by tack to upper torso at neck. Orange, brown, green, dark red and yellow plaid skirt extending below dress.

Mask depicting Kendy Paliya with a humanoid face and a movable lower jaw. The round, black eyes are deeply recessed with crescent-shaped openings directly beneath each. Tha mask also has big black eyebrows with a hint of yellow and green, black lines that adorn the forehead, cheeks, and nostrils, a prominent nose with flared nostrils, a plant fibre moustache, stuffed red cloth lips, and fifteen white plastic teeth. Label on reverse reads, "Kendy Paliya."

Wooden upper body (part a) extends to a handle beneath puppets lower garments; sticks joined to hands with blue twine. Painted pink face (part b) with large eyes with red irises; red closed lips; large ears; a thinly scalloped black beard painted and extending from the ears across the lower face line and chin. Also has a small painted black moustache. Head wrapped in a spiraling wound turban of dark blue, light blue, and white; short black hair beneath it. Figure wears a square black tunic with long sleeves over a long skirt, beige with black stripes and rust stained lower portion. Both garments of polyester. Jointed arms painted pink with red bulbs at wrists; paint on hands worn. Pointed (part c) controlling rod is tapered at the end.

Two pieces of soft hide neatly sewn on three sides with the raw edges and the flesh side of the hide on the inside. Towards the opening, there is a piece of hide sewn into the seam and divided into four thongs. The other seam has a piece of hide divided into two thongs plus one extra. The top is raw-edged and has holes, some forming loops, and the hide is tied in a knot over the bag opening.

Black cap with blue and gold looped ornament; red and blue sekar kluwih headdress with gold sumping, blue and red Garuda Mungkur with short gold tongue, several gold and red badong. Black curly hair decorated with white, showing below headdress. Gold neck. Head detachable and joined to body by controlling rod which extends through body, marked with finger grips. Gold slender torso. Gold arms; red and blue necklace; arm on left articulated at elbow by string but unattached at shoulder and has red, white, and blue upper arm and wrist ornaments. Arm on right articulated at shoulder and elbow by string and has blue and red upper arm and wrist ornaments. Hands with fingers straight and at right angles to arms. Yellow and brown batik skirt.

A carved flat wooden puppet with leather arms. The red face, in profile, has a blunt nose with a large eye that has a red iris. Protruding teeth are in the upper jaw while fangs are extending from both the upper and the lower jaw. Black hair. Headdress with diadem and ear ornament. Polychrome and gold-colouring are dominant throughout the figure which is accented by blue, red, green, and white. Intricate cut-out design on the skirt which is held on by string and wire. Moveable arms are jointed at the shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Sticks are attached to the hands for manipulation.

Wrinkles are rendered in black, and the figure's black hair is tied back with a white band. Clothing: blue tutupan attached with two nails, and a red, green and yellow sarong.

Mask depicting Salu Paliya ("the shawl-clad apparition"). The mask has a fringe of dark brown hair around the top of the head, a black wool beard , and a moustache made of black knit fabric. The facial plane is rubber with eye holes cut in the cheeks, just below the eyes, and is painted black. The eyes and nose are made of wood and are nailed to the rubber. The lips are made from red cloth and tied to the rubber. The lower jaw is moveable. The separate white plastic teeth are sewn into the lips. The prominent nose is curved and painted orange-pink with a yellow and red stripe across the tip. The nostrils are flared, and the crease between the nose and nostril is defined with a black line. The eyes are discs and crescent-shaped with red and yellow eyelids that have radiating black lines. Strips of rubber are tied around centre of each lip and also serve as ties.
