Find #288 on the Field Catalog Form indicates the provenience as: Unit B-Block B, Level 1, Description: Worked wood, stone, 2-z cordage. Human teeth strung on fibre cord with strands of human hair twisted randomly in among the teeth. A pink leaf shaped shell is attached to the bottom of the necklace.
