Dish3099/5 a-c

Set of three tenmoku stoneware dishes (parts a-d). The two deep plates, one larger then the other, have high walls with four dips spaced around the edges. The small round bowl has angled walls and two curved handles. All three are mainly black with ragged brown rims. Maker's mark stamped on base of all three plates.

Small shiny orange and matte brown stoneware pot dusted with ash. Urn shaped pot has a rounded square body with indented sides and lipped base. Mouth is wide with thin brim and rounded straight neck. Small lugs sit on either side of the pot. Maker's mark stamped on side near base.
