Museum Expedition 1944, Purchased with funds given by the Estate of Warren S.M. Mead
Bowl made from planks of wood held around a circular base made from larger wooden planks with an iron band around the base and thick metal wire near the rim. An iron wire is looped through two holes in the side of the bowl.
Rectangular earthenware water basin with bay front, flat base, straight sides and wide rim, high shaped back. Painted overall is a landscape with fishermen on the back. There are similar landscapes on exterior sides and centre front. Other planes have floral sprays, foliage, scrolls.
Blue-green basin with flat stepped frontward base on 8 pod feet, low sides, high arched and scalloped back with curving arms at sides. In centre back is a relief unglazed shield shape coat of arms within an oval medallion.
