Provenience note: Anthropology catalogue ledger book lists a locality of Alaska for E67931 - 68019. Catalogue cards list a locality of Sitka. Alaska. It is unclear which is correct, though it is probable that the collection was purchased in Sitka.

Small triangular piece of beadwork. Short horizontal strings of beads are sewn onto a piece of skin in bands of white, yellow, red and turquoise on one side, turquoise, white and navy on the other, with a string of white as a border around the edge.

Convex, triangular piece of animal hide with rounded edges covered with floral beadwork. Beadwork has white beaded background with floral design in blues, greens, yellow, clear, pink and reds; design depicts five flowers joined together by blue stems. Beadwork image on cloth of the Peel River watershed; front is brown, back is light green. Outline of watershed, done in light green, is filled with flowers, a fish jumping from a river, and two moose; flowers are pink, blue and white, fish is green and red, moose are brown with dark brown and white antlers. More pink and blue flowers are beaded in the bottom left corner of the cloth, black bird flying in top left, and a howling wolf, done in silver, is in the top right. Back of work is undecorated. Edge is bordered with blue beads.
